Immigrant Services & Connections was created as a five-agency partnership to help people in Allegheny County overcome language and cultural barriers to accessing services they need. ISAC serves hundreds of people every year, helping them connect to resources for everything from rent to school to disability services, and more. ISAC has no income restrictions for who we serve, but we do have some eligibility requirements to fit within our goal of helping those with language & cultural barriers who may not be able to get the help they need through other existing services due to lack of interpretation or restrictions on immigration status.
