Catholic Social Services Immigration Legal Services is partnering with Haitian Americans United for Change PA (HAUCPA) to host an immigration legal orientation presentation on Facebook Live/Zoom on December 07, 2021 at 5:30pm.
This presentation will be translated live from English to Haitian Creole.
The presentation will walk through:
-reporting to ICE for appearances
-Explanation of NTA
-Changing Address with EOIR and OPLA
-general information on removal defense proceedings process
-forms of relief in Immigration Court
