Ingredients
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth 
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
almonds placed on basbousa
coffee and basbousa

Instructions

Step 1
Combine flour and pepper on waxed paper. Flatten pork with your palm and press into flour mixture to coat. 
Step 2
Cook green onions with oil in skillet. Remove green onions and set aside. 
    Step 3
    Add pork to skillet. Saute for 3-4 minutes on each side to brown.
      Step 4
      Add remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered to thicken sauce about 10 minutes.
