This Bulgarian cold Cucumber Soup is a traditional dish eaten across Bulgaria, with multiple variations of it throughout Europe and Central Asia.

- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 pound plain yogurt
- 2-3 garlic cloves, smashed
- Salt, to taste
- Pinch dill flakes
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil (olive oil is best)
- 2-3 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
